Our classes focus on the development of students' defense both physically and mentally. We are part of the Saeng-Hwal Traditional Organization, stemming from South Korean Traditional Taekwondo. Along with Taekwondo we do include aspects of Hapkido, Aikido and Kickboxing. All classes are designed for youth and adults to participate in class together. Except for the Dragons program, all students must be older than 8 to begin. We love and invite families to begin this journey together!
We strictly follow our Five Tenants of Taekwondo. Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Students are expected to demonstrate and work to improve on all 5 of these tenants, at home, in public, at school, and in the dojang.
